  • Q. When do I have to place my TAKEOUT order to ensure that it will be ready when I want to pick it up?
    A. We ask that you place your TAKEOUT order at least one hour prior to your desired pickup time.
  • Q. Where do I go to pick up my TAKEOUT order?
    A. Please go to the host stand at the restaurant from which you placed your order. Stella 34 Trattoria is located on the 6th floor of Macy’s and Rowland’s Bar & Grill is located on the Lower Level.
  • Q. Do you only offer CATERING services within Macy's Herald Square.
    A. Our delivery range is between 30th - 40th Street and Madison - 9th Avenue
  • Q. When do I have to place my CATERING order to ensure that it will be delivered exactly when I need it?
    A.

    * For Monday deliveries, all CATERING orders must be placed by 3:00pm on the preceding Friday.

    * For Tuesday – Friday deliveries, all CATERING orders must be placed 24 hours in advance of your desired delivery time, and our next-day online order cut-off is 3:00pm.

    * If it is after 3:00pm and you’d like to place a next-day CATERING order, please call Aliza Rutledge at 212-216-9617 and we will do our best to accommodate you.

  • Q. Can I edit a CATERING order that I have placed in advance? Can I cancel a CATERING order that I have placed in advance?
    A. You may self-edit or delete your order(s) up to 48 hours in advance of your delivery time. If you would like to make any changes within 48 hours of your delivery time, please contact Aliza Rutledge at 212-216-9617
  • Q. How will orders placed on this site appear on my credit card statement?
    A. All charges posted to your credit card statement will be under PatinaGroup.com
